Ingredients
  

Chocolate Shell

  • 1 cup Chocolate chips or bars - milk, semi-sweet, or dark Use preferred chocolate type for the shell
  • 1 teaspoon Coconut oil or butter Optional for a thinner chocolate shell

Peanut Butter Filling

  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter Shelf-stable or natural, stirred smooth
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar For sweetness and structure
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional, adds warmth
  • 1 pinch Fine sea salt Enhances flavor

Additional Supplies

  • 12 pieces Mini or standard paper liners For easy release and classic look
  • 1 piece Muffin tin To hold cups while setting

Instructions
 

Chocolate Preparation

  • Melt the chocolate in short bursts in the microwave until smooth.
  • Spoon melted chocolate into paper liners until the bottom is covered.
  • Let chocolate set before adding the filling.

Filling Assembly

  • In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  • Spoon the peanut butter filling into the chocolate-lined cups.
  • Top with additional melted chocolate and let set.

Notes

Store cups at room temperature for 3 to 4 days; in the fridge for 1 to 2 weeks; or freeze for up to 2 months. For variations, try different chocolate types, or mix in other flavors like salted caramel or espresso.
